MetaMask with PancakeSwap
First, download and install the MetaMask Extension to your internet browser. Make sure to follow every step on MetaMask to set up your wallet correctly before moving on. Once you’ve set up your MetaMask account, created your wallet and saved your Secret Backup Phrase offline we can move on and connect your wallet to the Binance Smart Chain Network.
Connect Binance Smart Chain with your MetaMask
Switch the connected blockchain by clicking on the tab saying Ethereum Mainnet, we need to add the Binance Smart Chain network.
Click on the network dropdown and select Custom RPC

A form will appear, where you need to enter certain parameters to connect to the Binance Smart Chain network.

Once the BSC network is added to your MetaMask, switch from Ethereum MainnetNetwork to Binance Smart Chain.
Make sure you have BNB coins in your MetaMask wallet. If not you can purchase BNB coins on Binance for example and send it over to your Metamask using your MetaMasks Binance Smart Chain address.
Add TENT Tokens to MetaMask
Now your MetaMask wallet is on the Binance Smart Chain Network. However, you still need to add the new token manually to your wallet. Type the following information into the fields.
Note: Unlike an ERC20 on the Ethereum network every token that lives on the Binance Smart Chain Network is a BEP-20 token.
Click on Assets > Add Token > Custom Token

Connect MetaMask with PancakeSwap
You’re almost there!
Now that you have set up your MetaMask wallet go to https://exchange.pancakeswap.finance/ click on the Connect button on the top right corner of your screen. A small window will pop up from where you can select the wallet you wish to connect to.
Selecting MetaMask should automatically connect to your wallet.
You'll see several options
Click on the Metamask wallet
Select a currency, paste the TENT token contract address and add it to the exchange.

Congratulations! You are ready to swap BNBs to TENT now.
You should see the TENT Token
Click on Import
It will show you some warning text for Tokens created on the Binance Smart Chain. Always confirm that the Token Address is the official TENT address before importing

BNB to TENT
The last step is to swap your BNB for TENT. Put in the amount you wish to swap and click on “Swap”.
If your transaction failed you may want to adjust your Slippage Rate to 11%. If that doesn’t work try to increase it by 1% incrementally.
After a successful swap, your MetaMask Extension will pop up asking you to confirm the transaction.
Presto! You are now the owner of TENT tokens.
